Related to QUALITY issues, this is our Definition of Done.
- Team had conversation with product owner.
- Coding is complete.
- Unit tests created/updated/passed.
- Code is reviewed.
- Code implements appropriate logging.
- Code well commented.
- Relevant documentation/diagrams produced/updated.
- Build system compiles and builds execute.
- System configuration changes communicated.
- System tests written, reviewed, passed on QA servers.
- All bugs for the story resolved and verified.
- Story and task status updated.
- Acceptance criteria passed.
At the moment we have found all these reasons … but looking for more.
